Printing an Appraisal Report

Autosoft -

Printing an appraisal report requires making a few parameter selections. To print the appraisal report, follow these steps:

Step 1. Once the appraisal is complete, click the Print Form button in the bottom-right corner of the Appraisal page. The Printed Appraisal Report pop-up opens.

Step 2. On the left side of the pop-up, use the checkboxes to select the book provider reports you wish to include. By default, all the providers you subscribe to and used in the appraisal are selected. To limit the book providers and particular vehicle condition-based valuations provided by the book provider included in the report, click to uncheck the book provider's "All" listing, such as Kelley Blue Book - All, or click to uncheck particular valuations from the book provider. You can use the scrollbar at the center of the pop-up to scroll through the various book providers and valuations.

Step 3. On the right side of the screen, use the toggles to determine what will print on the appraisal report. By default, the report will include the worksheet; any reconditioning costs, adjustments, and other dollar figures; the customer offer; appraised value; and disposition. To omit any of these items from the appraisal report, click the corresponding toggle to turn it off (changing the toggle's background from blue to gray).

Step 4. Click Print. The report opens in a new browser tab, where you can save or print it.
