Forms menus can contain regularly used forms for various types of deals. Users can create forms menus based on how they want to organize their forms, such as by lender or deal type. These forms menus are then available on the Forms page of deals in the Sales application for streamlined printing.
To access a Forms Menu, follow these steps:
Step 1. While in a deal, click the Forms button below the deal summary card. The Deal Forms page will open.
Step 2. Click the Forms Menu options button to open the drop-down menu.
Step 3. Select the appropriate forms menu from the list.
Step 4. The Forms page will display only the forms from the selected forms menu. Select the forms you wish to print or click the checkbox in the header column to select all the forms in the menu. Change the number of copies to print if necessary and click Print Forms.
