Editing and Flagging a Credit Insurance Plan as Inactive

Once you have added a credit insurance provider and plan/s, you cannot delete them. You can, however, set the provider and plans as "Inactive." This will remove the credit insurance option from the Credit Insurance search list unless you click the Show Inactive toggle in the lower-right corner of the Credit Insurance search screen. 

Step 1. Click on the Setup app button in the main navigation bar. The Setup app will open to the Dealership Information page.

Step 2. Click the Sales button from the horizontal button bar running across the top of the screen. The Sales options drop-down menu will open.

Step 3. Select Credit Insurance from the Sales options menu. The Credit Insurance screen will open. 

Step 4. Search for or scroll through the list to find the plan you want to remove. Click on the plan to open the plan's quick look card. Click View Plan to open the plan.

Step 5. The Credit Insurance Overview screen will open for the plan. If you wish to edit the data, make the necessary changes and click Save.

If you wish to make the plan inactive, click the Actions button i the upper-right corner of the screen and click Set Inactive. The plan will no longer appear in the search list unless you click the Show Inactive toggle.
