After you've searched for a deal, when you return to the Deal Search screen, your search criteria will have been saved.
You can easily clear the search fields to begin a new deal search in one of two ways.
Method 1. After completing a search on the Sales Search screen, before beginning a new search, click the Clear button to clear all the search criteria you entered for the previous search. The search fields will be cleared, and you can now select or enter new search criteria.
Method 2. If you have a dealership default set for the Last Activity Date, click the Default button to clear the filters from the previous search and use the dealership's default search criteria. You can now perform a deal search based on the default search settings established in the Deal Defaults area of the Sales Setup (see the System Setup Knowledge Base for details).
