You can add an image to your user profile. This image will appear next to your username (My Account) in the upper-right corner of the main navigation frame, as well as next to your messages in the Collaboration Center.
To use this feature, you must have an image of yourself saved to your computer.
Step 1. While in the Dashboard application, click the Dashboard application button on the main navigation bar. The Dashboard options drop-down will open.
Step 2. Click Profile. Your user profile screen will open.
Step 3. In your Profile Summary card at the top of the screen, click the camera icon on the gray box below your name.
Step 4. The Upload Image pop-up will open. Click the gray Add Photo box.
Step 5. A PC file search window will open. Navigate to the drive and folder where you have saved your customer image. Click on the image you wish to use for the customer. It will open in a cropping pop-up.
Step 6. Crop the image as necessary using the crop box over the photo. When you are happy with the image, click the Crop button.
Step 7. The cropped image appears in the Upload Image pop-up.
Step 8. If you are not satisfied and wish to start over, click Start Again. The image will be removed, and you will once again see the Add Photo box. Repeat steps 4 through 7 to select a new photo.
If you’re happy with the image, click Save and Close. The image will be saved and appear in your Profile Summary card.
