After you've finished desking a deal, you can easily print your deal forms.
Step 1. While inside the deal, click the Forms button under the Deal Summary card. The Forms page of the deal will open.
Step 2. If you have more than one store, click the Store field's options button to open a drop-down where you can select the correct store.
Step 3. The Type field defaults to Deal Forms unless you've set a user preference in your profile for the page to default to Prospect Forms. If Deal Forms is selected, do not change this setting; if Prospect Forms is selected, use the drop-down menu to select Deal Forms.
Step 4. Click the Form Preview toggle to select Yes if you want to view a preview of forms prior to printing or No if you don't want to see forms before they print.
Step 5. Locate the form or forms you want to print, and click the checkbox on the left side of the page to select the form/s.
Step 6. In the Copies column for each form, use the up and down arrows to specify how many copies to print. You can also click into the Copies field and type the number of copies.
Step 7. Click Print Forms. There are two Print Forms buttons on the page, one in the upper-right corner and one in the lower-right corner, so you don't have to scroll all the way to the top or bottom of the page to click the button. The Autosoft Print Manager will open.
Step 8. Verify all the information on the Enter Parameter Values screen and click OK in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Step 9. The form preview will open. If you're happy with it, click Print Form.
Step 10. If you're printing more than one form, a pop-up will open. Click Printed Correctly if the form printed as it should. If it did not, make the necessary printer adjustments and click Reprint. If you want to cancel the whole batch print, click Cancel Batch.
Step 11. Repeat Steps 7 through 9 for additional forms in the batch.
