If you’ve applied a rebate to a deal that does not apply, you can easily remove the rebate. You can also edit rebate information you’ve entered on the deal if necessary.
Step 1. Open the deal.
Step 2. Click the Desking button below the Deal Summary Card. The Desking page of the deal will open.
Step 3. Click the Rebate pop-up button in the center column of the Desking page.
Step 4. A pop-up will open containing the Rebates card.
Step 5. Click in a field to edit its information.
To remove a rebate completely, click the gray - button to the right of the rebate you would like to remove. The Total Rebates figure will reflect the change.
Step 6. Click Save and Close. The Rebates field on the Desking page will now reflect the change.
Step 7. Click Save on the Desking page to commit the changes to the deal.
