If you want to adjust the price of a coverage or GAP insurance you've added to the deal, or if your buyer decides they no longer want the coverage or GAP insurance, you can easily edit the deal.
Step 1. Open the deal.
Step 2. Click the Desking button below the Deal Summary Card. The Desking page of the deal will open.
Step 3. Click the Service or GAP pop-up buttons in the center column of the Desking page.
Step 4. A pop-up will open containing the Coverages Card.
Step 5. If you want to edit a field, click the options button for the field or enter a new figure in the field.
To remove a coverage option completely, click the gray - button to the right of the coverage you would like to remove. The Total Retail figure will reflect the change.
Step 6. Click Save and Close. The Service and GAP fields on the Desking page will now reflect the change.
Step 7. Click Save on the Desking page to commit the changes to the deal.
