If equipment or options have been incorrectly added to a vehicle record, you can delete the information using the Equipment page of the vehicle record. This may be necessary if your dealership employs a third-party integration that pulls data into your Vehicle application. Sometimes errors occur or fields are incorrectly filled.
Step 1. While in a vehicle record, click the Equipment button below the Vehicle Summary card. The Equipment page of the vehicle record opens, listing all the options or equipment entered for the vehicle.
Step 2. Click on the equipment or option you wish to edit. The Equipment quick-look card opens.
Step 3. Click the Delete button in the pop-over.
Step 4. The Delete Equipment pop-up opens, asking you to verify that you wish to delete the equipment. Click Delete to proceed.
A green "Success" message verifies that the equipment has been removed, and the Equipment page reflects the deletion.
