You can search notes and activities in a customer record to limit the list to only those items that meet your search criteria. For instance, if you’re interested in viewing all the notes pertaining to phone calls with the customer, you can type search terms like, “called” or “spoke.”
Step 1. While in a customer record, click the Activity button in the horizontal button bar. The Notes & Activity screen opens.
Step 2. Type the search term in the Search field, using a single space between each word.
Step 3. Click Search or press ENTER. The Notes & Activity list will be narrowed down to all records containing the search terms you entered.
