Step 2. The Inventory Pricing Review screen will open. Click the Print Water Report button in the lower-right corner of the screen.
|Note: If you haven't performed an Inventory Pricing Review in the past week, you may wish to do the review prior to printing the report. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date market values. See the Knowledge Base article, "Performing an Inventory Pricing Review," for step-by-step directions.|
Step 3. A pop-up will open. Use the Disposition Type field's options menu to select Wholesale, Retail, or All to determine which vehicles will be included in the water report.
Step 4. The report can be generated as a CSV, PDF, or Microsoft Excel file. Select the format in which you want the report. The system will generate the report.
If you selected to print the water report as a PDF, the PDF will open in a new browser tab. From here you can review, print, and save the report.
If you selected to print the report as a CSV or Microsoft Excel file, the file will be created, named WaterReport.csv or WaterReport.xlsx, respectively, and downloaded to your computer. To access it, click the file button in the lower-left corner of your screen (this may vary based on the web browser and operating system you're using). The file will open in the appropriate reader/editor. These formats allow you to manipulate, save, and print the report.
