Once you've created your dealership's stores in the Setup application, you can easily edit the information.
Step 1. Click the Setup app button in the main navigation button bar. The Setup app will open to the Dealership Information page.
Step 2. Click the Stores button in the horizontal button bar under the Dealership Summary Card. The Stores page of the dealership setup will open.
Step 3. From the Stores list, select the store for which you want to make changes.
Step 4. The store's pop-up will open. Make any necessary changes to the store name, address, and phone numbers.
Step 5. Use the Account Numbers card to assign the store's various account numbers and to add or remove account numbers as needed. Click the options caret in the Type field to open the options menu, where you can select from Dealer, Business License, Sales Tax, Zone, RRMC, and OEM to determine which operations will be assigned to the account number you will enter in the next step.
Step 6. In the Account Numbers field, enter the account number that will be used for the operation type you selected in Step 5.
Step 7. Click the blue + button to add another account number and repeat Steps 5 and 6 until you've added all the necessary accounts.
To remove an account, simply click the gray - button to the right of the account.
Step 8. Click Save and Close. The changes you've made will be saved.
