Standard Autosoft accounts can have up to two active stores on their Sales and F&I account. You can make stores inactive to allow for another store to be added to the Stores list and marked with an "Active" status. If you wish to later reactive a store, as long as only one other store is currently "Active," you can easily reactivate the "Inactive" store.

To reactivate a store, follow these steps:
Step 1. Click the Setup app button in the main navigation button bar. The Setup app will open to the Dealership Information page.
Step 2. Click the Stores button in the horizontal button bar under the Dealership Summary Card. The Stores page of the dealership setup will open, listing all the stores the dealership has established in the Autosoft DMS.
The Status column of each store will display whether the store is active or inactive.
Step 3. Click the View icon in the View column to open the inactive store's quick-look card.
Step 4. Click Edit Store on the quick look card. The store pop-up will open.
Step 5. Click the toggle labeled "Inactive" in the upper-right corner of the pop-up. The toggle label will change from "Inactive" to "Active."
Step 6. Click Save and Close. The store's status in the Stores list will now read "Active."
