Verifying CUDL Integration Setup

The CUDL integration allows you to transfer deal information for CUDL credit union members to the CUDL Website. You will then log in to the CUDL Website and enter any additional information and submit the credit application.

Autosoft’s Customer Support Center will set up the integration between your Autosoft Sales and F&I account and CUDL to allow you to transfer deal information to CUDL. You do not need to take any steps to set up the integration. You can, however, verify that the integration has been established. To verify the account, follow these steps:

Note:  You must have the appropriate permissions to access the Setup application and this feature therein. 

Step 1. Click the Setup application button in the main navigation bar. The Dealership Dashboard screen will open to the Information page. 

Step 2. Click the Integrations button under the Dealership Summary Card. The Integrations page will open, listing all the third-party partners with whom you contract.


Step 3. Click on CUDL in the Dealership Integrations list. The CUDL quick look card will display the CUDL transaction activated for your dealership. 

Step 4. To see more about the CUDL integration, click Edit Integrations in the quick look card. The CUDL integrations pop-up will open. 

Step 5. The information in the Transactions card of the pop-up is read-only. If the box to the left of CUDL Deal Transfer is checked, the integration is activated for your dealership. If you believe there is an error, contact the Autosoft Customer Support Center at 800.473.4630. 

If you want to change your dealership's CUDL ID, you can do that in the Connection card of the pop-up using the ID field. 

Important:  If you change the ID for the integration, be sure to make note of this information and communicate with CUDL. 

Step 6. Click Save and Close to save any changes you've made.
