The RouteOne integration allows you to transmit deal information to the RouteOne Website. You will then log in to the RouteOne Website, make any additions or changes, and submit the credit application or eContract.
An Autosoft Customer Support Center representative will establish the integration between your dealership’s Autosoft Sales and F&I app and RouteOne. However, you may wish to verify that your Autosoft system is set up to transfer deal information to RouteOne prior to your first use of the integration. This includes verifying your RouteOne ID number is added to the RouteOne integration setup. This is the ID number RouteOne assigned your dealership when you established your dealership account with the third party. This is also where you will choose to use the single sign-on feature available for RouteOne.
|Note: You must have the appropriate permissions to access the Setup application and this feature therein.|
Step 1. Click the Setup application button in the main navigation bar. The Dealership Dashboard screen will open to the Information page.
Step 2. Click the Integrations button under the Dealership Summary Card. The Integrations page will open, listing all the third-party partners with whom you contract.
Step 3. If the RouteOne integration has been activated for your Autosoft Sales and F&I account, RouteOne will appear in the Dealership Integrations list on the page. Click RouteOne. The RouteOne quick look card will open, listing all the enabled integration transactions.
Step 4. Click Edit Integrations on the quick look card. The RouteOne integration pop-up will open.
Step 5. Check that your dealership’s RouteOne ID is correctly entered in the Connection card of the pop-up.
Step 6. The Transactions card in the pop-up will list all the RouteOne integration transactions. However, only those with a check in the box to the left of the transaction are enabled. This information is read-only. If you believe there is an error, contact the Autosoft Customer Support Center at 800.473.4630.
