Use the Memo card in the lower-right corner of the Desking page of a deal to make any notes that will serve as a reminder of the customer's needs and help you desk the deal. These memos will be visible to the customer if you share your screen with them, even when you use the Presentation View, so if you want to enter a note for dealership employees' eyes only, do so using the Notes button in the upper-right corner of the page, not the Memo card.
Add a memo using these steps:
Step 1. Start a new deal or open an existing one.
Step 2. Click the Desking button under the Deal Summary Card. The Desking page of the deal will open.
Step 3. Click in the Memo text box in the lower-right corner of the screen and type the memo you wish to attach to the deal.
Step 4. Click Save to save the memo. A green "Success" message will verify the changes have been made.
